CLEANING BOX
Create a 3D box which will remove all the points from a pointcloud that are either within or outside it based on your choise.
Removing the background was never easier. Create as many boxes as needed and remove/keep only the areas of the recording that are most important. This feature also allows you to choose for which cameras does each of the boxes work, thus allowing for a complex system that you can modify to your liking.
POINTCLOUD FILTERING
Use our Edge Smoothing and Surface Smoothing to fix up the look of your pointclouds.
3D cameras are not perfect and usually create wavy pointclouds, thus we created these tools to smooth out the edges as well as the surfaces of your pointclouds.
WATERTIGHT MESH
Create a sealed mesh from your pointclouds with this powerfull feature.
If you wish to work with meshes that are made up of triangles instead of pointclouds which are just points in space, we recommend to use our watertight mesh feature. It will not just create a mesh but will also seal it, so that any areas that have holes would be joined together.
SMOOTHING
Mesh creation can lead to rough surfaces or normals, but with our smoothing features this can be quickly fixed.
Mesh Smoothing allows you to smooth out the rough triangles of your mesh to create a better looking final result. A different smoothing tool called Smooth Normals is used to fix up the normals which are responsible for how the light is reflected from your mesh.
